TM uses Bija Mantras, root mantras, tantric tradition, they invoke the deity on the finest level or the corresponding chakra. Mantras associated with the developmental cycles of life are based on age. These invoke the gods and goddesses of the first subplane of Cosmic Consciousness.
(Internet: http://www.mudrashram.com/)My TM-mantra is associated to the dark Krishna, and expained as:
"Attraction of a life mate, may be typically given at any age from 18 to 36, when issues of loneliness or being single are paramount for the individual."
That is all there is... nothing but lots of confusion because of no transparency in the TM-movement, not even the TM-teacher know about the mantras..., under the pretext of keeping it pure, it is controlled by leading force, and nobody knows who that is.
Tantra basics is, the masculine referring to stillness, the feminine to movement; the interaction of the two is the essence of experience, the pulsation.
Movement and stillness are totally and intimately linked. It is finding its own pulsation, the life rhythm of the self, in the breath of prana, the breath behind the breath, the silence in the breath.
That we get only by meditation, but the awarness of it we don't get by 'all problems solved', but when enquiring and asking questions, only then answers come and insight can happen, not out of mechanical repetition, and it has to be transparent, that is required to get insights, transparency.
TM slogans like all problems solved, invincibility, money, flying, siddhi powers, are all focussed on results. Real spirituality gives that to him, he is the doer, the higher self, he is the mirror, in that mirror we get insights.
People thinking of results, motivated by results, are deluded, instead of enquiring and realizing the higher self, they work for results and are stuck in the mind, because they think that's it, no higher truth, not getting aware of the difference between higher self and mind. What they call two hundred percent is projecting worldly life into spirituality, instaed of working for it, they meditate for it, and he gave them titels and 'nothing doing', to make them feel like accomplished; he puts the TM-meditator on one side of the scale, money on the other side, instead of putting the tree of life behind like in that buddha picture ...
What has that to do with self realization?
How can the self be realized, when it is not there, not know and not in focus?
Instead of enquiring about the real self, nearer and dearer to them than any technique, they think they know everthing, they learnt it by heart.
They think they know, but they don't know, that is illusion, tamas, turning reality upside down!
That is darkness, the opposite of enlightenment, like that they go on enlightening the word..., with tamas..., darkness.
When I was in that ashram in India, it was hanging above the roofs in the air, darkness, like dust, it felt like in a wrong film..., maybe they emptied the TM vacuum cleaner on the top of the roofs ...
probably nobody could see it, nobody got aware of it.
