Love is Divine, Love All

Love is Divine. You must love all. More so, impart your love even to those who lack love. Love is like mariner's compass. Wherever you may keep it, it should always point towards God. In every action in your daily life manifest selfless love. Divinity will emerge from that love. This is the easiest path to God realization. But why are people not taking to it? This is because they are obsessed with misconception relating to the means of experiencing God. They regard God as some remote entity attainable only by arduous spiritual practices. God is everywhere. There is no need to search for God. All that you see is a manifestation of the Divine. All the human beings you see are forms of the Divine. Correct your defective vision and you will experience God in all things. The power of love is immeasurable. Hence, develop and practice the sense of the spiritual oneness of all beings.
Baba (thought for the day)

Last night I was at the Guru Purnima celebration. There was some Veda chanting and I closed my eyes and was in Prasanthi Nilayam. The Veda chanting was followed by Bhajans and closing my eyes listening to the singers, it was like all those day in the past when Baba walking around giving Darshan and so many people sitting at his divine feet.
After the Bhajans we had food and I just sat there and watched the other and it made me remember how I felt in the ashram and I looked at the young Indian wives with their small children, all about in the same age and I remember that time in Prasanthi when I was there with my small daughter. It felt that harmonious the children and the mothers in the midst of all those people, today I know that it is not that easy as I had a daughter myself and she was born in India. It really felt like Prasanthi Nilayam and I stayed until something got me back to now.

And I met someone who went to India and she had her foot fractured, she also just walked into a hole, but it happened in India and they told her that it was okay and she had to travel back like that. I was glad it didn’t happen in India.
They told her that it was okay, but when she came back they told her it was fractured and she had to keep her foot for nine weeks in a cast and she said that it still pains to walk.
It sounded very much the same, only for me it happened a week before I should have taken the airplane to India.
I was thinking of how my ex was taken out of that Lila with Baba because he took only advantage of it and that feeling of it that it is the same, also in you I meet the same.
After waking up it was in the air, what had been there coming back from Baba, a feeling of everything okay and the same and present in our experience as the same, no difference.
If you were able to do your work with him no matter what, you should also be able to do it now, there should be no difference, as there is that oneness. If there is a difference there is something wrong and we have to create unity, focus on unity to find it, if we know it is all the same, we know what it is afterwards, because we can see the obstacle and why it was obstructed.

This morning knowing that it is the same, it feels good, but I didn’t feel like that until now, the self is waiting, so wait.
It felt like that after the time with Swami in Prasanthi, just right and okay based on that feeling of all the same.
We came back here and went on and it had to be like that and no matter what obstacles were there, we just went on. That is the feeling in the air and it makes sense and it is also what he said in the inner view it is the experience of the same. If we find that feeling of all the same, nothing lost, it is still as it had been when Swami was walking in the midst of us, we feel also okay with all others.
It is with practice that we creates unity and get aware of unity and that is the sameness and afterwards, when people begin to talk, we have to either go if we don’t want to be disturbed or we have to change the mind.
It will probably not be possible to go beyond the pain of separation until we have made the experience of it that it is the same. It seems in the past the experiences were the biggest obstacle as it was not possible to recall the source of it and why the air broke in pieces, it is also no more.
Today I remember the time in Paris and how I got to that feeling of oneness and I thought it was the right direction to go and that was about that lost husband later on, of course we were not aware of it. If we would have been aware of it, it would not have been lost.
It is like a sequence is missing in our experience and therefore, it doesn't make sense anymore, but it is not that, the real thing what is not okay behind it is that the master it not present, that is why these people get lost.
When it is the same, I remember that time with no difference, the time we meditated and the big assemblies and the feeling of it and before it had been gone somehow.

In the insight before he left the body he was on the stage and all country flags with him and the people were separated by height and that is not what he is telling us here that we are all the same and the insight that seven million people look old-fashioned, it was also not about the same.
They don’t look for unity in themselves, they project divinity outside of their bodies and into duality that is the wrong vision he is talking about here, that is why there is a gap, but we hope with our Indian devotees it is different.

The same was also today that fine feeling that it is okay, everything fine, when coming back from a stay with Swami and we went back to work no matter how and it was just a good feeling and we just went on with it.
If we felt like that there was nothing wrong about it, but the thing is I couldn’t find it anymore only in his presence it was there and not here.
In all those activities we did, only now I feel it present actually again.
It should be 'the same' experience of it and it feels even like a miracle, when we realize that nothing got lost and that it is all still the same.

Love is Divine. You must love all. More so, impart your love even to those who lack love. Love is like mariner's compass. Wherever you may keep it, it should always point towards God. In every action in your daily life manifest selfless love. Divinity will emerge from that love. This is the easiest path to God realization.

How is it in my experience? In singing I am usually listening to the singers being one with them, the same, all are just that  ‘I am that’.
It feels like singing in family or how we felt years ago during school singing in the class, we were just part of it and that is usually how I find myself focused on the oneness in singing and listening to the others, melting with them and what I remember is the divinity, we are singing for and in that experience is Swami, like magically he appears sitting in front of us in the chair during our singing in my inner self of course, not on the outer level.
That is the love I feel, but in that everybody is part of, as it is the divine level and it just feels like Baba’s presence, we feel him in it. I focus on the oneness and love is the result.

But why are people not taking to it? This is because they are obsessed with misconception relating to the means of experiencing God. They regard God as some remote entity attainable only by arduous spiritual practices.

Why they are not taking to it? Swami is telling us why, because they are obsessed with the misconception relating to the means of experiencing God.
Actually I don’t know how to feel love, as I cannot just feel love, but love is there if I feel the divine in it and there is love for that divine and that is our all level, we are that and we and he is I, that is the divine experience of I am I.
When we feel the divinity in it, also Swami is present. I cannot just feel love for him in the body level, I have to feel love for the divine present in all of us and that is present when we are singing or it is also present in thinking over his words or during the study circle.

God is everywhere. There is no need to search for God.

We don’t search for it, we just have to have the right focus. We listen to his words and in his words we think it over, in our mind is the association with his words and we follow the thoughts and our feelings about it and that is not search, that is contemplation on the highest truth, because that truth is in his words and if we contemplate his words, we also contemplate on truth and we get aware of it, by following it we get a feeling for it.

All that you see is a manifestation of the Divine. All the human beings you see are forms of the Divine. Correct your defective vision and you will experience God in all things. The power of love is immeasurable. Hence, develop and practice the sense of the spiritual oneness of all beings.

How do we correct the defective vision? There was that dream of the Baba sitting on the stage and the country flags and the people at his feet separated by height and it felt like all wanted something from him and it felt at the same time like agony, that was in the dream before he left the body and it has to do with that defective vision. If they expect something from him, it is he who is divine and not all human being as the form of the divine.
Baba doesn’t tell us to adore a divinity separated from us by height, he is higher up and we are lower down, that is just what he is telling us not to do.
If all the human beings are forms of the divine, where is the difference? We have to experience God in all things, not only in his divine appearance, but how do we get out of the defective vision? It is the vision of our mind that is defective.
We have to experience the spiritual oneness, it feels as all are the ‘same’, but not only the same, but the miracle is that nothing gets lost, it was always like that, the problem is only in our mind.
That is the experience we have to make, you and I and all of us, we and he that is I, he is the man who is in our dream to awake us and he will tell, ‘I am the One’. In the dream that means only ‘One’ nothing else and ‘I am part of it’. It is a totally different understanding and feeling on the dream stage level, that is why it is called inner seeing.
We see in the insight in the dream not two, but only One and that ‘I am also that’ if he is the one, it means we are all the same and that is the experience we have to make to know we are one and to practice the unity of all beings.
We develop it in thinking over his thoughts and his words, the truth is in his words, it is behind his words. He said without contemplation there is no detachment possible. The detachment is in the mind and if we are attached in the mind, only in contemplating the truth, that are his words, we can go beyond the mind.
So we take his words and we take a sentence and we think it over, we can see it as a kind of brainstorming, we think about everything what is coming up and we take what makes sense and we go on to the next sentence and think it over and at the end of the thought for the day we get to a kind of conclusion and maybe we don’t even realize it consciously, but it is present as a faint feeling only and our mind is thinking about it anyhow and still it is going on also after we stopped thinking it over for today and it can be that in the dream we get an insight and we do the same thing with the next thought for the day and if we don’t find a relationship or feeling for it, we just begin and it can be that we are not even aware of it, but maybe that the fourth sentence it changes and we get into it and there is a feeling for it and if we cannot associate it with the thought we have in front of us, we just go on, we do it like a brain storming until we have everything on paper and go to the next sentence. Somehow we begin to reflect on it and it always takes us in somehow and that is how the soul acquires wisdom and it is practically impossible without thinking over Baba’s words or at least the thought for the day.
If we have a whole book or a speech usually there is too much text in it and we cannot think it over, we need less text and the thought for the day is perfect, usually it is enough challenge to keep the mind busy and we get by that to the hidden truth in the text and we begin to get a feeling for it and it grows on us and it begins to make sense. And in that text and in his words is his presence, he is the truth of Veda, he is the truth of the holy scriptures and he said, truth is his breath, if we don’t know how to get to that truth, we have think it over and listen to be able to absorb.
I good friend of mine said to me after a study circle, I think I have to think over every sentence of it and I said, yes. He was actually right and he spontaneously got the right idea, but most of times it is not done, because we think we are overcharged by that task and we don’t even begin to think it over, but when we do it we will find the reward in it and it is not as we think it is, it changes and grows on us, in time we get a clear feeling for it and it is known and not anymore unknown.
When we do it, we will get to the realization that he is present, not only in singing, but also in the study circle, he is present in us, he is present, in our memory. By realizing ‘that’, by which we become ‘that’ ourselves.
If we learn about Brahman we become Brahman.
That we forget or we are not aware of it when we begin to think over his words. We are the one who benefits from it, our soul gets the wisdom by listening to it and we become it.

And if we realize it is the same and nothing ever gets lost and Swami is not in India or he has left the body, it is all only delusion in our mind, he is present here and nothing what we ever lived with him is lost, we have to get aware of it that is when we begin to understand that bliss is in reach and that it is possible to realize it now and with him and we just have to practice.
