When the
Lord’s will, the needs
of spiritual seekers, and the teachings of great persons
produce their combined
effect, the happiness of the world will be assured and
undiminished. If all
humanity prays together with unity for unrest, injustice,
disorder, and
falsehood to be transformed into peace, truth, love, and
mutual service, things
will certainly become better. Worrying is fruitless. There is
no other way out.
This is no occasion for despair. It is against the essential
nature of people
to plead weakness and want of strength. Therefore, giving up
the search for
other means, people must try prayer, service to others, and
mutual love and
respect. They should delay no longer; they will soon acquire
contentment and
joy.
When
we
listen to a sentence of Swami, we have to think it
over. If we don’t
think it over we will not get to the right conclusion and why
not?
When the
Lord’s will, the needs

If
we
don’t think it over we get to the conclusion in our mind that we
don’t know
the will of the divine and we cannot know it, the
mind doesn’t know.
But when we think it over and listen to the divine words, we get
to a different
conclusion, he is the knower and we are in touch with him.
We have to listen, think it
over and absorb, that is divine will.
It needs the teaching of great persons, that means a
spiritual
teacher. Swami separates the divine will
from the teacher,
if we have no teacher who is telling us about the divine will,
we are not able
to hear it and that is why there has to be the needs of the
spiritual seekers
as well, the devotee and the need has to be enough serenity and self-enquiry to get in touch with the divine.
The teacher
is talking about the divine and if we listen to the teacher and think it
over the divine will is not like unknowable, but he is the knower that is why we have to listen to his words, in his words he is present. It is
unknown to the mind, it is unknown to our understanding, but it
is known to
those who listen and think it over as his is in the word. He makes himself known to
those in
self-enquiry.
The
mind
doesn’t know the divine will, but he knows and he will tell us
if we
listen, think it over and absorb, he is present and in his presence is also the divine will.
If all
humanity prays together
with unity for unrest, injustice, disorder, and falsehood to
be transformed
into peace, truth, love, and mutual service, things will
certainly become
better.
If we meditate regularly and if we do it all together or Bhajans together, we get
rid of stress
and tensions, that is unrest, injustice, we get to a level of
perfect
orderliness, there is no disorder and a level of truth and falsehood
should be transformed into peace, truth, love, mutual service
and things will
become better.
What about someone being in the divine presence and using the teaching by taking only
advantage of it? That was not part of that humanity praying together with others for
unity and it was even about pretending to meditate, what was also not true and
therefore, it was all falsehood and in such a situation we have to go and make
peace in his dream with
Swami, because there was no peace possible, there was no transformation of the untruth and falsehood.
Nothing was transformed into peace, truth, right action (mutual
service)
and Swami is telling us things will become better if we pray
together, but if we don't it cannot become better and if we
pretend to pray together but we only take advantage of it,
things cannot become
better.
He was in the ashram in Swami’s presence.
If not all pray together in unity, in such a way that unrest, injustice,
disorder and falsehood
will be transformed into peace, what about the rest of the world?
All
humanity
praying together in unity is impossible, we can only pray for it, that
is why and how we ask
for the Lord’s advent and when he is present,
humanity should get
better.
That is
why he said we
just have to pray, may all people in all the worlds be happy and
as only one
can take care of it, we pray to the divine and he will fulfill
the wish if lots of people praying for it, but also the result of the yearning of the soul cannot be known.
That
is
what he said in the thought for the day yesterday.
He is telling us
why we pray, may all the people in all the worlds be happy.
If
we think it over, he is telling us that this is the best prayer
to get to the
advent of the divine or the avatar and he will be able to take
care of it.
If
we
just read it, we just get to a mind conclusion, the same today,
if all
humanity prays it will get better, we all know that, but how do
we get all
humanity into prayer, it is impossible, so only he can do it,
therefore, we ask
for the Lord’s advent so that he can take care of it.
For
the
Lord nothing is impossible, he is the realm of all
possibilities, of
omnipotence and omniscience and for him everything is possible.
Worrying is
fruitless. There is

We have to
pray for the
happiness of all people to make the Lord’s advent. His words ended with the sentence,

responsibility of the people.

it is our responsibility that we go on praying until these are
firmly rooted
we have to go on praying. And now imagine what happens with someone basing everything on falsehood in Swami's presence, it was not about human values, not about truth,
wisdom, jnana and love, prema, only about taking advantage of it. How can those human values get rooted if there is only falsehood.
It
is
our responsibility to pray for the happiness of all people in
all the words
to get the human values rooted and it means it is not
only
irresponsible if we don't, it is destroying the divine
values and we
never get there, nothing can be transformed into truth, if there
is only falsehood
and we cannot get rooted in the religion of truth and compassion
if there is
only falsehood.
Therefore in the dream it said, that I had to go and make peace with Swami, because it was not possible to get there with him. There was nothing left but a ruin and
what he could get in garage sales, that is not exactly about going on in prayers that the good
human values get
rooted and with him it was just impossible and that is why
I had to go and make peace with Swami in his dream, because with
him it was impossible.
The road laid
out by holy
people has to be repaired now and then, either by those who
travel through it
or by those who claim authority over it. That is what is
called ‘teaching
(bodha)’. It is for the sake of such repairs that the Lord
occasionally sends
some authorised individuals, sages, and divine people. Through
their good
teachings, the path opened by the God-people of the past is
again made clear
and smooth. But how is one to know the consequence of the
soul’s yearning for
the Lord’s Advent? Since this can’t be known, one has to pray
until the world
is established in happiness. The happiness of the world is the
sign of His
arrival; if this is understood, then it is easy to recognise
the Avatar immediately.
It is then that the religion of truth (sathya), of compassion
(daya), of
spiritual wisdom (jnana) and of love (prema) will grow and
prosper. So until
these are firmly rooted, people must continue their prayers.
That is the
responsibility of the people.
Baba
explains
here why the divine sends from time to time some authorized
individual
sages and divine people, through their teaching that path is
opened by those
divine masters and God-people to make it clear and smooth.
That is what
is called
‘teaching (bodha)’. It is for the sake of such repairs that
the Lord
occasionally sends some authorised individuals, sages, and
divine people.
Through their good teachings, the path opened by the
God-people of the past is
again made clear and smooth.
He was totally wrong in every way possible, he also said the he allows everything to happen, no he didn't. Swami took care
of it and he said it was perverted and sick and he ended it.
But how is one
to know the
consequence of the soul’s yearning for the Lord’s Advent?
Since this can’t be
known, one has to pray until the world is established in
happiness.
It
cannot
be known the result of the yearning of the soul for the Lord’s
advent. It tells us where our knowing ends and he is telling us because of
that reason and
that is important, we have to go on praying for the highest. We should go on praying until
the world is
established in happiness and that happens either when all are in
happiness or we are enlightened.
The happiness
of the world is
the sign of His arrival; if this is understood, then it is
easy to recognise
the Avatar immediately. It is then that the religion of truth
(sathya), of
compassion (daya), of spiritual wisdom (jnana) and of love
(prema) will grow
and prosper. So until these are firmly rooted, people must
continue their
prayers. That is the responsibility of the people.
It
is
our responsibility going on praying, by the will of the Lord. If we
listen and think it over, we are ear him and we feel it or if we just read it, we are in the mind.
And
that
way we get back to today’s thought for the day.
In listening to his words, the reflection in our
dreams, it is
the dream stage and we have to do an effort, there has to be a
spiritual seeker and the teacher, all these three together
produce a combined
effect, what assures the happiness of the world. That
is
important, he is the doer, he is the knower, therefore, the divine will, the word, the divine
principle, the Atmic principle, not unknown to us, we have to
listen to hear
it.
We have to find that effect, as we are the spiritual seekers.

cannot
change it, so worrying is fruitless, time waste and there is no
way out
and that reality present, no way out made it heavy, the waiting,
while time went by and no way
out was just too
much. It was not about despair, but about not wasting
time.
Praying for him to help was probably the only thing
to do but we were meditating and that was also our prayer and I went always
on with
meditation.
It
had
been all of that, we prayed and we did service to others, but we couldn’t do
it anymore and we were looking for actually another way of being
engaged in
service and the welfare of humanity, that was the focus when we lost the job as meditation teacher and mutual love and respect is really
only possible when
we listen to the divine words.
He is the doer and not we are the doer, we get the right
answer and
the right message and it is our responsibility going on with prayer or
meditation,
Sadhana or spiritual practice.
Therefore,
giving up the search
for other means, people must try prayer, service to others,
and mutual love and
respect. They should delay no longer; they will soon acquire
contentment and
joy.
There
is
no way out, we have to try prayer, service to other and mutual
love and
respect.
That is people’s responsibility and when we do it, and
we should not
delay any longer, we will acquire contentment and joy.
We have
to listen and
act accordingly. There is no way out.
If
we
listen to him it is our responsibility to go on.
We
have to do
service to others and that is what it looked like – he said he would have his job back and mutual love and respect, a perfect Maya, illusion,
isn’t it?
We were in Sadhana focused on Baba’s
words and his
Darshan, we didn't care about ashram politics, but those permanent
living in the ashram they knew it, because it was part of ashram life to know, but we
didn’t have any part in that and the ashram stories didn’t
interest me at all,
because that is mind and also we didn’t get to hear it, so
really nobody
knew until I met him and he
called you his friend, it felt like we would all together go in direction of mutual
service, mutual respect and love for the welfare of the world.
He tells us
that there is
no way out, and we have to go for it.
I met only people who
didn’t listen to his words and there has been nothing in that sense, but
the only thing present was falsehood and untruth, Swami was the
dream as the man who comes in our dream to awake us, it was for an awakening. In the dream was his face and one had vampire teeth and the other a very long nose.
It was a warning and a wake-up call. The vampire teeth was the body level, sucking energy, living from
the energy of
others, the parasite and in a way a pimp,
letting others take care of him and work for him and taking only advantage of it,
that was the pattern.
Swami's face with the long nose was mind and falsehood, nothing was true, only dreams, he didn't get his job back and there was no friend and no mutual
respect and no mutual service and no thoughts about the welfare of the
world.
There was nothing left but a ruin, all what he could
get in garage
sales and what Swami said, that he took only advantage of it and
‘no more
husband, nothing left but an empty Western shoe’.
By thinking it over we get a feeling for it, the words take shape and it is the wake-up call in our dream as he is the man who
comes in our dream
to awake us.
Focused on doing my best and being able to
learn from that lesson, we had to face the vampire with mixed feelings, it was
a warning and
a wake-up call definitely. it was enough scary so that we began to be very careful.
I
didn’t know that we were in a mud hole, no windows, no
door, no opportunities,
no possibility for change or transformation, his state of mind was addicted to suffering and a vicious circle.
It was not possible to get it transformed and in the dream it said that we had to go and make peace with the divine because there was no peace possible in the midst of that. As he said there is hardly any desire for the Lord in the midst of that, it is a vicious circle and the disease it the craving for worldly happiness, but he will never get there as suffering is the drug.
The mud hole was a trap and the child was gone in the blink of an eye when the mud came in because of rainfalls, a terrible picture. we lived in the idea of a wrong safety, because I thought it was a divine Lila and
that was the danger and it didn’t make sense, seeing it as Lila we
expect always something good and not falsehood and we think it
is about an ideal and not just taking advantage of it.
It was a wake-up call, Swami
with
vampire teeth, a warning I couldn’t possibly ignore and the ruin in the
air I also
couldn’t ignore. Only in listening to his words we get aware of it and we tried always to see good, feel good, do good, but in that situation that didn’t help, it was too bad to be good.
The divine will is
present in his words, truth is his breath, if we listen and
think it over, we feel it in his divine presence and if we just read it, that is
mind and we do not hear it at all.
