The Crime of wasted Time

All beings have to do actions (Karma), it is an universal inescapable obligation. Some feel that only meritorious acts or sinful acts are entitled to be called karma, but your very breathing is karma. There are physical, mental and spiritual karmas and doing each one of these for the good of the Self is called dedication.
Do not waste a single moment of your life, for time is the body of God. He is known as Kaalaswarupa (of the Form of Time). It is a crime to misuse time or to waste it in idleness.
Like the force of gravitation which drags everything down, the pull of sloth (Thamoshakthi) will drag you relentlessly down. So you must be ever on the watch, be ever active.
Baba (thought for the day)

An universal inescapable obligation and even breathing is karma. Physical, mental and spiritual Karmas for the good of the Self and dedication.
What is the physical and what the mental and what is the spiritual Karma?
Time is the body of God, don't wast time. We think we understand it, when reading it, but do we really understand the difference between physical, mental and spiritual Karmas?
A crime is to waste time and what if we are on a wrong path, we will lose a lot of time and even more time to get out of that and to realize it. Because a wrong turn is not just a wrong turn, it also takes time to get back on the right path. And what if some masters are doing that and we trust and find out we trusted in the wrong person it was a crime and it will even take more time to get aware of it?
If we are caught in a wrong path, we will lose lots of time, because we have to find the way back and for that we need to realize what was wrong.
And the pull of sloth, Thamoshakthi, will drag us relentlessly down.

Do you think that you understand what Tamoshakthi does to you? What happens if we leave it to nature? What will drag us down and why?
It means our senses are constantly deceiving, sens-knowledge is mind and based on illusion. Do you know the difference between reality and illusion?
It means we have to act, but we can act sathvic, rajasic or tamasic. It depends on our understanding and we think we have to leave it to him? Where is he? Who is he? If there is no discrimination, there is no way we can know.
He is the doer, but he is the doer in us. If we do it sathvic (light, pure, sweet), we will be a good instrument and that is him only.
If we do it rajasic (hot, passion, red), it will not be him, but delusion and the result will be rajas and not sathva, and that is not him. If we do it tamasic, (dark, heavy, old) it is upside down. We might even think it is him, but it is not.
He is only truth, he is only sathva.
So people tell, leave it to him and they don't know what they are doing or have no discrimination. Can it be him? It is not him. It is only him if we are aware of it and know it is Sathva, that means self-awareness.
If we don't know it is not him, but only our own mind.
He knows, that means I don't know but 'we' know. We have to find truth and him and after a while processing we will get to the right answer. He is all knowing.
Therefore, we have to find truth, only if we know for sure it is him only, we will be able to do the right thing.
Otherwise, we assume it is him and get to the wrong conclusion.
Is that him, no it is not him. It cannot be him. Only if we get to the right conclusion it is him.
So some tell, he is love only. What is love? Do you see love? Where is love?
To be true it has to be a permanent level. We were once in an interview and he asked, why we came to see him? Nobody knew what to say, one lady said, because of God in the heart. And he answered, but he has to always be there. He has to always be there.
Even if we are aware of love, only sometimes, it is not always there.
He is only present if it is always there, therefore, do we know, no we don't know and that means Tamoshakthi, the energy of Tamas is always dragging us down.
That happens also when we do nothing at all and just watch, it is still Tamo Guna what we see with our eyes and only if we use discrimination and look for truth, we can get out of it and find Sathva.
I got aware of it when I went to him in 2003 and he was holding all those speeches. It was about the 'I am that' and Brahman, it was only space around us, not the body, not the mind.
It was such a shock, I began to repeat non-stop, 'not this and not that', (neti, neti) to get out of body and mind, because everything is mind only. I got aware that it is constantly pulling us down. We are constantly in the senses and in the mind only.
Finally, I went dancing because I had a heard time with my daughter and I felt I needed to get younger and more dynamic and it was a good experience first, always aware of 'not that'.
But after I did the inner child course, it became that heavy, I didn't get out of it anymore. It fell like a burnout, the energy gone.
It had to do with all insights, parents etc. and also because they tried to take my power away, in the end you are sick and in need of therapy work and I didn't agree, I quit.
The burnout was after that workshop, it was during a whole year at different weekends, it was interesting, but the result felt first like a disaster.
I went to Baba just before he left the body and he said inside, he would get me out of it in a week time. I don't know how much is a week to him, but I guess it felt better coming back, but it was that sad when he left the body, it was also heavy.
But that pulling down force I am still aware of now. I didn't get out of it really, not as before.
And it is like, knowing or not, no use. It is pulling down.
I meditate and it doesn't help or only for a short while. I write and it helps for some time, whatever I did or do, it pulls down again. Whatever I do, I constantly try to get out of that pulling down force of the senses and the question is in the end, who will win, the pulling down energy or?
Maybe I should again always think, not that and not that, it is nothing around us anyhow.
Writing helps it keeps it on a certain level, but we got older and age pulls down too, heavy energy.
Maybe it is rooted in the relationship to the daughter also, I don't know.
In the insight it was a mud hole and as she is not at all inclined spiritually, I guess that is also a reason.
We cannot just go back to the ashram as we did thirty years ago, now that time has ended as well.
I guess once I was sure the light would win, I am not so sure anymore, the pulling down is much too strong.

Like the force of gravitation which drags everything down, the pull of sloth (Thamoshakthi) will drag you relentlessly down. So you must be ever on the watch, be ever active.

Today we write, meditate and often think also, 'not this and not that'.
It means not the mind, not the body, but we have to get to the right insights and conclusion.
It is not like just going on and 'nothing anyhow', that is also the mind. We have to get to the right conclusion and that is self-awareness and self-realization.
It is not as easy as most people think it is. It is not done in just seeing him as love, because he has to be there 'always' and our notion of love is limited, it is never always, otherwise, we all would be enlightened and realized beings. We have to realize that he is always present in the heart.
