Absolute Reality
According to the
"Sarvasaara Upanishad", the first category, viz. Absolute Reality
(Sath, or Paaramaarthika Sathya) is that which satisfies the
following six criteria:
Unaffected by the past, present and
future (Trikaalabaadhyam)
Pervading the past, present and
future (Trikaalanusyuutam)
Always existing (Yadaasti thath
Sathyarn)
One without a second (Ekameva
Adviteeyam)
Free from differentiations based on
intra-species, and intra-individual variations (Sajaati, Vijaati,
Swagata Bheda Rahitam)
Basis for all manifestation
(Sarva Kalpana Adhishtaanam)
This Absolute Reality designated as
Atma or Brahman cannot be perceived by the senses and mind, but
can be experienced only, in the transcendental state (Turiya).
Relative Reality
The second category,
namely, "Relative reality", a combination of Sath and Asath
(reality and unreality) is subdivided into two types: (a) "Vyaavahaarika
Sathya" i.e. empirical (or Practical) Reality, and (b) "Praatibhaasika
Sathya", i.e. Illusory or Imaginary Reality.

Some of the internet sides talk about Sai Baba in such an
ignorant and abusing manner it is absolutely ridiculous.
They take no notice of
the Upanishads and Shastras, the Vedic science and it is just trying to
understand that, which cannot be understood with the mind, on the mind level,
and even worse they use the mind to judge.
As the Upanishads declare, the absolute reality cannot
be perceived by the senses and the mind, but can be experienced only in the
transcendental state.
How do we experience it?
Watch, observe, find the
reality of the heart level, discriminate on the intellectual level and don't
stop until you have experienced it.
It has to be experience and it is different from the mind level.
If we know the difference between mind and self, that is experience. It is the core of our being and it is love.
