Liberation is just the awareness of Truth, the
falling off of the scales of delusion from the eye.
It is not a suburb of select souls - it is not a closed monopoly of expert Sadhakas.
Like the Godavari losing its form, its name and its taste in the sea, Liberation dissolves the name and form, aptitudes and attitudes. You are no more a separate, particular individual.

Baba
The awareness of sutras went into a vision and it felt like peeling a
seed to get to the core. With TM we practiced it in a program. But with Baba it is insight.
It feels like continuation, getting out and free of programming and being
cut off that reality because it was just alowed during a program.
We don’t know how far and deep we went into practice during all meditation time and the sutras in the Assemblies, it was lots of meditation time. And it was all bound to a program.
But that is not possible when he is the doer.
He is the doer means it is present from inside and we practice when we remember and we let go when we forget it and remember it again when it comes up. It has to be flow.
We get inside free of all programming.
Taking in the light with the breath we get again aware of it and whenever we remember it is present and by that comes up the transformation. Even the mantra Soham is establishing a light body. It is the basic practice and the sutras is working with that light already established.
It is there as a flow, meditation is a flow, just being and flowing with it. We get aware of it, when it is there and we let go when we forget it and pick it up again when we remember. It has to be smooth and light.

It is like during awareness that the breath is repeating ‘Soham’, ‘I am
that’, inhaling ‘So’, light and exhaling ‘Ham’ darkness, we get to that
universal truth and in time we will be able to see it inside, the inner view.
We hold on to it, it is easy, because it has to be flow.
It is a dance of inner awareness, inner harmony and wake-up, when we remember and let go when we forget it or when we have to focus on something else.
It is never wrong and always okay. It is the observer watching. It is self-confidence, patience and perseverance, and holding on to it and never ever let go.
In breathing out darkness we get rid of negativity.
Oneness is not something we think, it is reality, it is a state of
consciousness, it is not on thought level. We hold on to it, it is easy, because it has to be flow.

To ‘think it’ is just a thought is not okay, because reality is established on consciousness level and
that is not just a thought, it is a state of being and inner realization.
In thinking the sutra it help to remember the light of the self and makes aware of subtle processes inside in the mind.
Samyama is establishing reality, the sutra, it is
inner identification and feels kind of like a vehicle of light which is said it can move
in space and we will see, first it has to be real.
The sutra was given as ‘lightness of a cotton fiber’, the translation could also be 'light' of a cotton fiber, the light body.
In getting aware that the sutra and that 'light' are one and the same, that seems to make a difference. The sutra would become part of the higher self and it seems just 'that' it aims at.

That is what we were looking for years ago when I began with TM and
the flying practice. The higher self had been there at night in the observer and in dream state and I didn’t know how to get
to it.
Waiting years to just see it a second or less and then it is all gone again for I don’t know how much time, felt really not very satisfying. Therefore, I wanted to get closer and know how to work with it, how to be in touch and to master it, not just being objected to wait endlessly to see it again and I had no idea what I went into.

In trying to get to the center of it, it is about understanding how that
Samyama works, how we get identified inside in consciousness and how we let go,
how to detach.
I think it is great to get aware of those subtle processes in the mind.

If Baba tells inside ‘I wanted to fly’ it could be as well 'that'. Finding the
light body and a way, as we are both the same ‘I am that’ we are already inside in 'that' light.
It is an all different practice if we work on a light body on getting
aware of it than to be preoccupied with doubts and stuff which belongs to the body
and emotions.
With establishing and getting aware of the light body we are that
occupied, there should be little room and space for doubts.
That is probably what the Maharishi aimed at, he gave people enough to
do in that process thinking sutras that they had no time to go into doubts, but they are always occupied getting there in the
end. But we do get aware of it with the
inside guidance of Baba.
He is the real Siddhi teacher and when he is in it, as he is 'real' his presence is the best prove of reality.
