The program we had learnt is like Vasanas created artificially. Vasanas (impressions and habits in the mind) are oily and sticky. If we are not aware of it, we cannot burn it because we take it wrongly for the divine name and light, first we have to get aware of the shade to be able to let it go.
But when getting aware of it, we can use the real divine name and the oil will get exhausted.
Getting to the real Patanjali and value of the sutra is like plunging down deep in the ocean and finding the reality of all the time which had been there before, it got cut off by the technique and mechanic repetition of the mantra, that is not natural. We can get out of it in focusing on the Patanjali sutra and getting to its real meaning. That is a shadow which was created by TM and it seemed nearly impossible to get rid of it, but only nearly impossible, it is possible if we do it the right way. It was not our mistake, not really, it had been established by the Yogi and a not right path and the sutra 'strength of an elephant' has a different meaning. The strength to find the path through the jungle. It is said that the elephant never gets lost in a jungle and TM leads into a jungle, because in the end all is wrong and projected on body level.
I always wondered why I had never missed that time in Paris, which was greater than the disturbing TM-time. It was that disturbed, it was not possible to remember it. It was nothing else but make-believe that there were no problems and ignoring all problems and therefore, it was too heavy and disturbing to remember the easy times before. In reality that time was nothing but a problem, it was hell.

Are we able to do that? Yes, definitely we are! If we inhale ‘Akasha’, there is ‘space’ and relationship between Akasha and the body established. And if we exhale ‘darkness and heaviness of the body, we get aware of the sathvic state of ‘lightness of a cotton fiber’, it is establishing a body Sathva and that is the state of the divine, that is the level of Baba.

It is important to realize that this is 'he' and not different from the observer and that is the reason he said, ‘I wanted to fly’.Are we able to do that? Yes, definitely we are!
