A mere five-minute inquiry will convince you that you are not the body, the senses, the mind or the intelligence, the name or the form; but that you are the Aatma Itself - the same Aatma that appears as all this variety.
Once you get a glimpse of this truth, hold on to it; do not allow it to slip. Make it your permanent possession. Look upon all with love, respect and faith in their sincerity. Treat your servants kindly. Do not entertain hatred or contempt in your heart. Repent for the errors that you commit and decide never to repeat them; pray for strength to carry out your resolutions. Do not find fault with others. Purify your heart by being good to all.

Inner light

Tried find an indestructible symbol. That is the golden Shiva lingam Baba manifested at Shivaratri by Baba every year again. And another indestructible symbol is vibuthy, holy ash. There are some pictures of his the vibuthi just comes out like in that picture above.

You are the true, the eternal, the unchanging Brahmam (Divine Self).

How to be beyond the ups and downs of life? To reach that we have to be convinced that we are Brahman, consciousness, the divine self. 
And he tells to hold on to it to make it a permanent possession. 

Hell is paved with good intentions

The inner light is also indestructible, beyond the body and the mind, the higher self.
And the OM is also indestructible. 
Inside was a light and someone upset. But that is not my problem if she mixes in things which are non of her business, that is her problem.
I know from others that she will call and talk about issues we mirror to give it back to me. If I go into that she will never get aware of it. She goes over limits and is not aware of it and all that with the best intentions.

Watch, in the observer are the pictures like on a screen and just watch. There has to be a way to solve our own stuff and our own problems and a way to not load it on others.
We have to go into meditation to be beyond the ups and downs of life. It is not spiritual sincerity to just feel better..., that is just a level of desires. She went too far and she thinks she can do that with everybody..., she calls up and tells there is an issue we have together.
I don't have an issue, I don't want to be taken into her game and I will not ask her for permission if and when I go on holiday... She is blunt in the name of spirituality and Baba and not aware of it, she even thinks she does good... 
If she thinks she has an issue with me, that is her problem not mine.
