The Sun; and basic Existence to Self-Realization

What exactly do people mean when they say the Sun has risen or that it has set? It is so far as their vision is concerned; that is all, is it not? The Sun does not rise or set. The incarnation of God is also like that. In the Geetha, Krishna said: “I am not born, nor do I die. Men of ordinary intellect consider that I am born many times and that I do many deeds during each birth. Whenever there is a need for the uplift of the world, I become manifest, assuming a name and form, that is all. So I am conscious of all My appearances, all My manifestations. I am almighty, I am Sarvajna (all knowing). Not only I, even you know everything. But your Jnana (wisdom) is overwhelmed by ajnana (ignorance). I am Jnana itself. I remain as almighty and as Sarvajna as ever. I am birthless, immortal”.
Baba (thought for the day)

I am still taken aback by today's feeling home and I am not able to make a decision.
Discrimination has to observe. It is the difference between the real value, sath, the self, the observer and the outer changing value, level of the sense objects.
The sun stands for reality, not changing like the self.
To get the experience is basic knowledge, existence and we realize there is a level in the self which goes beyond everything which is changing on the level of the senses. That is the foundation of the house we wants to get.

During meditation we think the mantra and get aware of the value of Soham, 'I am that', it is 'that' which is not changing to all others which is changing..., the outer values. And it is the real 'I', an universal self level which we want to experience. Meditation gets us to the experience.
That is basic, Sath is the level of existence, but an existence which is true it has not beginning and no end. When we get to the goal we will be all happy and self-satisfied because it is the self which is there and from now on everything is focused on that self.
That is an enjoyable level but it is not all of it. That is the level of the walls of our mansion. After we have the walls, we have to put a roof and we will maybe realize that it is not as easy as we thought it was first, because the self we had experienced as eternal value and God, it has to be realized as principle.
It needs right information and in that state of our life also Karma comes up, we have to face ourselves and go beyond it, it is the level of Chith, consciousness. It is about Sath-Chith-Ananda.
When the roof is there, we only can go inside the house and live in it and that is the Ananda part. First we have to build the house of the self to get to self-realization.
With Krishna we are on that foundation level of Sath, basic existence and it is existence-consciousness-bliss.
So first it is all about existence. After I experienced divinity in the heart, there was in me a voice singing, he exists, he exists, he exists...
Sath is the basic experience we maybe know from Yoga, it belongs to the realization of existence-consciousness-bliss.
Baba tells self-realization is a house and it needs a strong foundation and then we can build the walls. The walls are self-satisfaction. On that level we give everything to the self, because know it is bigger than the biggest and smaller than the smallest.
Whatever we do it goes in direction of the self, because it is always bigger and also smaller, there is nothing but 'that'. And by that knowledge is growing, our consciousness is growing.
To put the roof is again challenging, because we have to realize the house and the different levels. The roof is self-sacrifice, we have to be able to give ourselves to that ideal, that principle, that highest truth.
Here Baba talks of the first basic existence of the almighty principle and truth. If we have understood and integrated it, we go on seeing it everywhere and enjoying it and then on the roof level we will have to realize it.
Only then we are able to go in the house and live there in bliss in sath-chith-ananda, self-realization.
