Inner Light and Siddhi Powers

Remember always that it is easy to do what is pleasant. But it is very difficult to be engaged in what is beneficial. Not all that is pleasant is profitable. Success comes to those who give up the path strewn with roses and brave the hammer blows and sword thrusts of the path fraught with danger. As a matter of fact, no road is strewn with rose petals. Life is a battle field (a Dharmakshetra), where duties and desires are always in conflict. Smother the fiery fumes of desire, of hatred and anger that rise up in your hearts; it is sheer cowardice to yield to these enemies that turn you into beasts. Meet all obstacles with courage. Difficulties make you tough and strong.
Baba (thought for the day)

The memory of past meditations came up. That was the time with the TM leader, focused mostly inside into meditation. Focused on the inner light,

All these can also be gained by direct intuitive perception; (Or, by the practice of the threefold discipline on the inner light, all knowledge is gained). 3.33

He calls it the threefold discipline. It is not only meditation and going inside, it is inner focus, flow and unity to be Samyama, it is threefold. And a Patanjali sutra has to be practiced in the threefold discipline - Samyama.
TM is using a mantra meditation and afterwards repeats the sutras as program and that is not Samyama, if it would be it happens just by hazard.
People cannot get aware of it, because during TM meditation all is seen as stress only, every thought coming up is stress and they believe all is done with meditation only, 'do less and accomplish more'. They get not aware of the difference between meditation and a threefold discipline.
But that is the main thing to be aware of that difference, that is all what these sutras are about getting aware of the finest and most subtle processes in our own mind and consciousness.
Not only TM is a program, but by claiming that all is done and all stress only - their mind gets programed, but they don't get aware of it, otherwise, they would never do it. They cannot get aware of it, so it is all kept strictly secret to make them not get aware of it under the pretext of keeping the teaching pure.
They don't know what they are doing, believe blindly into a technique, brainwashed and not aware and helplessly lost, no way out and if they would get aware of it, they get first aware that they gave their power away.
I was focused on the inner light and when the sutras are present in the inner light it feels okay, just okay, because there it makes sense that is why, it just happened.
It was present during TM time and my relationship was a siddhi teacher. I guess I believed that the siddhis would enlighten him, he was a siddhi teacher, but that isn't right with TM and therefore, it was wrong. He was in the mind, all programming only and learnt by heart.
When I went to Baba in the air was 'strength of an elephant' that is a sutra. The elephant doesn't get lost in the jungle.
In fact, I loved the sutras in the inner light. They were not just a program and I still love it. But it is not a program, but getting aware of insights and inner seeing, visions and going beyond, it is like an inside story we get told by them and Patanjali.
The sutra was - transcendence finest seeing, hearing etc. It can be all different translated as Atman divine hearing etc.
It was just adapted to TM.
But focused on the inner light it didn't seemed difficult, because of the inside harmony, as long as inner harmony was felt, but on the outside it got into a battle field and by that also the inner harmony got disturbed, the question was why and how to realize that the inner harmony was not really disturbed but just by the outer war of wrong values overshadowed.
In the inner light it feels like nothing has changed. I had projected it on him. What changed in the mean time is the insight, the knowledge and today I see him differently, the illusion is gone, more wisdom, less relationship, but a monkey mind.
It seems easy in the beginning due to inner harmony, that is how TM began, but when it got difficult, it was an illusion that it was easy. But TM holds on to the believe 'easy and technique' and therefore, it had to be easy projected in the future, even if it was not easy and the battle field was between right and wrong, between easy and not easy, between reality and illusion, between the right and a not right path.
