Straight, Honest and the Kali Yuga

Some profess that since this is Kali yuga, falsehood alone can succeed. No! In spite of all appearances, honesty is still the best policy. One lie must be couched by a hundred others; whereas uttering truth is the easiest, simplest and safest. Be what you profess to be; speak what you intend to do; utter what you have experienced; no more, no less. It is a hard job to maintain a false stand, while it is always safe to be straight and honest. Do not take the first false step and then be led, on and on, to perdition. Truth is one's real nature and when you are yourself, there comes a great flood of joy welling up within you. When you deny and deceive yourself, shame darkens your mind and breeds fear. You take the path of falsehood because of the Rajasik passions of lust, greed, hate and pride. Contentment, humility and detachment - these keep you on the path of Truth.

Kali yuga and falsehood, finding examples in our life getting aware of it.
We remember our life experience, there is nothing but that, we have an experience and have to get aware of the feeling of it, it is feeling only.
We cannot just think that we are it and that's it, would be great if it would be like that.
We have to work on it to become immortal beings, it is not just by believing in the existence of the divine and everything is done and live happily ever after. We only live happily ever after if we have realized that we are immortal beings.

When getting aware of it and why it felt like it felt, we are able to separate our own self from the experience.
It feels like lost in the experience as long as it is not seen in the right light.
When the self is separated from it we know why it felt like that.
If we don’t know the source, we cannot understand it and we had to find the source and that seemed not that easy.
There are only thousand pieces left, he said if peace and right action are separated, there will be only pieces left. It is still difficult to understand it.
Insights and no answers, but we don’t get the insight if we don’t think it over.
He was in the dream the insight and the other the following step.

Some profess that since this is Kali yuga, falsehood alone can succeed. No! In spite of all appearances, honesty is still the best policy. One lie must be couched by a hundred others; whereas uttering truth is the easiest, simplest and safest.

By thinking it over we somehow get there, we feel it and we have to see it in our own life.  Truth is simplest and safest, because after it is over and done with.
And what is a spiritual ego? What is pleasing to the mind and what arranges the mind is seen on a divine level, a kind of self-excuse, fooling our own self and others by living a dream.

It seems we got aware of it, thinking it over, but it needs to be understood what is even more difficult we have the limitations in our mind and because of those limitations we don't just absorb, but we have to get a feeling for it and go on no matter what obstacles are there.

Be what you profess to be; speak what you intend to do; utter what you have experienced; no more, no less.
It is a hard job to maintain a false stand, while it is always safe to be straight and honest.

Seeing it in our own life, in our own feelings and experiences it needs some kind of reflection to even get aware of it. What we think if there is a lie usually that it is over and only once, but that is not what he is telling us here and it means there is no change, but the road to perdition. If it would not be his words we would think it is exagerated, but like that it means just that we have no idea about it and no feeling for it we think it is no problem and we can handle it, but when we get in touch with that, we will soon find that there is no way we can handle it.
If it is about falshood and even thinking that we can only survive on that level, how will that change?

Do not take the first false step and then be led, on and on, to perdition.

We actually think it over because we know it is truth and get shocked by the fact that we think it is much easier than it really is. It is just about getting aware of it, about getting a feeling for it as he calls it the road of perdition. We have no feeling for it really. If someone would tell me that I would even think it is exagerated, but our own experience tells us that it is not.

Truth is one's real nature and when you are yourself, there comes a great flood of joy welling up within you.

In the Darshan was that joy and it feels in that sense perverted and sick, too extreme to handle, but it was nevetheless like that and sadly enough the experience.
We are in the Kali age and there is that believe that we need falsehood to survive, it doesn’t mean that the age has changed yet and it is kind of sad, we should not expect something else really. After all it is just that, the Kali yuga.
At least we know now it has something to do with Kali yuga and not just with Karma.
When you deny and deceive yourself, shame darkens your mind and breeds fear. You take the path of falsehood because of the Rajasik passions of lust, greed, hate and pride. Contentment, humility and detachment - these keep you on the path of Truth.

Kind of difficult getting aware of it and the difference between sathva, rajas and tamas is still not really present, even if we talked about it and it seems fixed on a certain way of seeing it or a certain experience, always back to the same really, same answers, same ideas and nothing changes. It is like a habit of thinking and trapped in it and as he said people are creatures of character.
It is like a mind frame, fixed ideas of how to look at it and as he said, it has created a habit and that habit doesn’t change, in the opposite, it gets solidified and people are the creatures of character, no change. It is what they think it is and not what they become and if we accept truth, we also have to accept that there is a level we don't know and we have to make it known really, it is what is stated as 'he is the knower', we don't know, but it means that the unknown is growing faster than the known.
What we think over it is about the unknown and we don't know really and we have to listen, think it over to realize it. We don't think over things we know and even if the insight has been there, it is still not known and by thinking it over we get on the level of realizing what is not known yet to our mind and that is how it grows and what feels like a constant problem is that people think they know and don't do any effort to become and to realize the unknown.
That is why it is said that he is the doer and he is the knower, it is unknown to our mind and we have to accept truth, otherwise, it would make no sense to listen and think it over if we would know it already.
