Practice is very important. You can
propagate, that will never be permanent. You can propagate by practicing what
you say, through practice. That is the fundamental thing. When you practice and
enjoy, others will follow you.

Today I was always remembering the Patanjali sutra to feel that flow, because he is in it, he is that relationship.
‘Relationship between body and akasha, lightness of a cotton fibre’.
We thought the sutra only during our meditation program, but now I can think it as long and as often I want to keep his presence in my conscious awareness.
I guess I also know now how the shadow of jealousy is coming up and why it is following love.
If someone gets into that melting and the mind would like it too and on that level are two, not only one, jealousy is coming up, because the mind thinks the other is closer. The reason is the mind and that there are two and not only one.
If we think the Patanjali sutra it is inside and there is no outer divinity and therefore, there is only one. That is the greatness of Patanjali. We don't focus on a form, but on a formula. It is the essence of wisdom caught in one sentence and therefore, it is called miracle. The effect in consciousness feels like a miracle.
He is in the sutra or in the already established relationship, but he said, 'I wanted to fly ...'
That feels charming and somehow like a miracle, how did he get there?
I guess it is about, 'I wanted to fly...', still looking for him outside when he is inside and therefore, he is of course also in Patanjali.
It is always the same fault of the mind looking for the answer outside and on the wrong place.

Today I was always remembering the Patanjali sutra to feel that flow, because he is in it, he is that relationship.
‘Relationship between body and akasha, lightness of a cotton fibre’.
It feels like I don’t want to
forget it ever again, no more technique and behind is Patanjali and that 'I wanted to fly'.
The sutra is easy, because the body
we all know and the higher self is light or just space and I remember it as akasha,
because it is limitless. And like that constantly we remember the higher self and think of the body as lightness of a cotton fibre. It is just the empty space
around that akasha and has no limits and the body has limits, that is the difference.
The flow is the result of
constant focus on the higher self. And the sutra are no more words, but to remember that
relationship between that higher self and the body and there is that flow and
it is that charming and it feels somehow like a miracle, because he is in it, but we are not in the form. But people want to fly in the body and don't get aware what really happens in the background, the miracle is behind the appearance.
Always keep the focus and it gets Dharana. And after some time there will be flow and that is
meditation and Dhyana and as it is that charming it feels like going inside and
it will get into melting, and no more two but only one, Samadhi.
We can keep the focus and have
self-confidence; it is never far away because our own self is closest to us.
Now I know that he is in the
sutra, therefore, he said, ‘I wanted to fly’. That is great, but now I want to stay
aware of it. We thought the sutra only during our meditation program, but now I can think it as long and as often I want to keep his presence in my conscious awareness.
I guess I also know now how the shadow of jealousy is coming up and why it is following love.

Beautiful, I haven't followed that sutra in many decades. Time to restart! Thank you.
