Get the Power back

Today, though in outward appearance people are human, in inner impulse they are sub-human and demonic; the one who has no charity or sacrifice (dana) is called a Danava (demon). Divine (Deva) and demon (Danava) are both present in the human make-up and now the devil rules the roost! Therefore people have lost their glow, power and splendour! Every one of you must strive and win it again by spiritual practices (Sadhana). So make yourselves pure by incessant striving. Remain convinced that the world can give you only fleeting joy; grief is but the obverse of joy. Strive now, from this very moment and develop full and everlasting happiness. Be true to yourself. Be bold and focused on your goal; be sincere in your practices from today, for time is rushing like a swift torrent.
Baba (thought for the day)

We are in the moving stress. A week ago we moved to a new place, my daughter got sick again and it was more or less upto me the rest and in the meantime I am tired and exhausted.
And of course, there is no help and why should there be any help, they just talk about it to feel good, making themselves feel good as it seems, but when it comes about the situation that we should do something, there is noone. It made me already get upset years ago when we came here and as I got into that situation with my ex who claimed to be a Baba devotee as well and in the end it felt just like being bullshitted by that guy, we came here and it didn't feel like any spiritual presence at all.

It is a challenge to get aware of it and to see it in the light of that situation. It doesn't help to just complain, but if we see it right and understand it right, we might even get a better feeling for it.
The problem is the hip pain started after a week heavy carrying and packing and upacking and cleaning etc. there is nothing but an ocean of tireness left.
So why worry, just go on being tired one day it will be over that we can be certain. I don't really think I worry about being tired, but maybe it makes me more alert to certain things.
Baba makes me think of how he called devotee as embodiments of divine love and it is easy to identify with it.
But here he talks about the appearance of people as human and the human mind and it is about a different reality and that is the mind and what the mind is doing to us and that the inner impulses in the mind are sub-human and demonic; for the one who has no charity or sacrifice is called a demon. We have to understand that right.
Who qualifies for a demon, because he is listening to the sub-human and demonic tendencies of his mind? We are certain nobody, because nobody would like to be a demon. And that is why it is so funny to reflect about it. And for sure also not those singing once a week and by that they make themselves feel good, because it seems all done and they have a unblemished and pure conscience.
Is it really like that?
People are blinded by arrogance and that is the tendency in the mind and why?
Can we find a reason why it is so and no different?
It is likeIy to go in that direction of the mind when it is not based on truth, but what is true?
If we think we are special because we met with the avatar and walked with him, that is what we would like and it feels good and we think we know who he is, but that is not right. We have to make the experience first to understand it and therefore, it is all based on the mind.
It makes feel good and is the source for arrogance and why. Always if we feel good and it is not based on truth, it is just what we think and we adapt it to the mind to even feel better, instead of looking for truth.
If we believe in Baba and it is not based on truth, but just believing, we don't know really about that truth he is teaching, that Atma, we just think we know, but there is no way we can know like that, to know it we have to make the experience.
He said he is God and we are also God, it is our birthright to get aware of the reality of the higher self and therefore, we are the same, only if we see him as divinity and not us, we are in the mind and we have no prove for it. We have to make the experience and not just believe it. By our Christian tradition we go on believing it and getting on in the idea that it is enough to believe it, instead of making the experience of it. It is in not enough if we do not experience it, because it is in the mind only and there is a difference between mind and Atma and if see him as God, but us only as human, there is a difference of height and it should be the same and no difference.
We have to make the experience of 'pure love'.
To be able to make that experience, we have to understand peace and we have to accept right action and if we accept the path of right action, we have to accept truth. If those three things are present, truth, right action and peace, we can make the experience of pure love. It is unconditioned and non-changing and always true.
The mind is in the body and the higher self is beyond the body.
We cannot establish peace on the mind level, but in going beyond the mind on that divine level.
If we believe that he is God, but we are not, we don't do any good, because we leave everything to him and we are not even instruments.
If we think like that, he can take care of it, because he is God and it is not my problem, that is not the right attitude and it has nothing to do with truth and in that reality thinking that we are good devotees is arrogance and not humble.
When Baba talks about the three things necessary to make the experience of pure love, truth, right action and peace, he tells us that we cannot make the experience of pure love if the three things are not present, truth, right action and peace.
To understand peace, we have to accept right action and we have to accept truth and what is truth?
We have to accept that we are on the level of higher self and it is our birthright and not only he, that is true and if we accept that truth, we also have to accept that we have have to meditate or whatever we do as Sadhana, spiritual pracitce, but it has to be practice and it cannot possibly right action if we don't do it. If we think that he is God and we are not, that is not true.
He knows that he is God and we do not know - that is truth, that we do not know, so who are we to know who he is if we didn't make the experience, we don't know anything and therefore, we have to accept right action and do something about it.
What is right action?
It is about Sadhana, Meditation, Singing, Listening to his words …; we have to be focused on our goal. What is the goal?
The goal is 'pure love', but tp be able to understand truth, the Atma and the reality of the avatar, we have to get that experience of pure love.
How can we think we are special, if we don't have the experience of Atma? It is all based on the mind and imagination and not on truth. We have to first make the experience, to be true and for that we have to do Sadhana, spiritual practice.
It is like with meditation. We have to meditate to make the experience, just thinking about the mantra or thinking that we are doing it all our life but, we actually never did it, as I know someone who was thinking that way, that is not only mind, but a bad monkey mind. He fooled everybody telling that he was a good devotee and for all his life he would be a meditator and that gave a total wrong impression about him.
In reality it was something else and not being aware that it was about truth and whatever happened arranged him and in his mind it was all Baba who arranged it just the way he could take advantage of it. And he fooled about everybody in that manner and of course, it seems all right, as nobody told him that it was not right action and he would be able to go on like that endlessly in the idea that it was just arranged by Baba for him, in his head it was never about right action. It is just Baba arranged that it is pleasing to him only, even if he fools everybody with it. That is not the basis for an experience of pure love, but for a Western mind.
As it was understood in the West and Baba said, 'it is perverted' and I thought, what is 'perverted?'
And so we go on making the experience of it to understand what that type of 'perversion' is looking like.
And we only understand it when we listen to his words and read it, but not only reading but listening and thinking it over, so we get aware of the meaning of 'perversion' and how to understand it in Baba's words. The goal is perverted.
That is a person who said that he would meditate all his life or better that he knew in the moment he began with meditation that he would do it all his life, with other words, he is inflexible and what he does once in his mind he does always, even if it is not true.
An example of how disturbed the mind can be!
And we cannot see it in his face, it is not written down, careful, he thinks perverted.
And especially not in Baba's presence there was everything beautiful and love only and everything fine and all arranged by him and so people go on dreaming, the dream about divinity on earth.
There is no use to claim we know, if we don't have the experience of it, we cannot possibly know it. What matters is the experience.
If we want to know how a raspberry is tasting we have to eat it and that means we have to make the experience and it is the same with meditation, we do not get the experience if we don't do it.
There is no use to think about how great we are because we had the unique opportunity to meet the avatar, that is mind and the mind's imagination to be something special because he is special, but he knows who he is and we are the same and not different, only we do not know it and we have therefore to make the experience.
If we don't have the experience, we cannot possibly know truth and understand the message. So how do we know that we are special in being in his presence? We don't know who we are, that is truth and we think we know who he is?
If we don't know who we are, we also don't know who he is. We cannot possibly be proud of what we don't know. There is not truth in not knowing or the acceptance that we do not know and therefore, we have to be humble and thinking we know and to assume we know who he is, that is arrogance and a fat spiritual ego.
We cannot be proud of something we don't know and if we are anyhow, that results in arrogance, we have to first make the experience, before we understand it.
Not knowing is no base for truth and if we accept truth that we don't know, we have to accept right action and we have to listen to him, because he knows and we do not know. And people do not listen because we have not understood that much, we think we know, because he talks about love and we get to the wrong conclusion that we know love, but not the love he is talking about, that love we don't know.
It is a mind devotion thinking how great it is and waiting for Prema Sai to come and it will be exactly be the same teaching and the same happening again and all is based on the mind claiming to know what we cannot possibly know.
Like that we don't get to the right answer and also not to the right experience, it is just postponing it into the future and the mind, mind is past and future, Atma is in the presence.
In the last study circle some seemed to have no idea what it is all about truth and accepting truth and what to do and why.
We have to accept right action to understand peace, but how do we do that if we don't understand what is meant with truth?
It felt like it was the first time in life they listened to it and someone asked me how I looked at it.
I do my job and duty and who cares if I am tired. Since a week hard work on body level and it seems no end to it and nobody has to take note about it. It was like non-stop cleaning and unpacking and moving, but who cares? They don't even care about it if I am not able to attend the meetings. So nobody cares and I don't care as well. Who cares? Nobody cares if there is stress and hard work?
Nobody worries but about themselves feeling okay that is all they worry about and if we are not singing and not attending the center, but anyhow why should we care?
If we have no room for anything, but what has now priority, we have no room.
They don't care anyhow, so who cares and why should I care if nobody else cares? All that talk about love and compassion and it feels sometimes like we are a a bunch of hypocrites. Nobody cares and caring is the first step.
It feels anyhow often like hypocrisy.
Everybody sings to feel better only or we should share with them some stuff or whatever else, there is no change what so ever in their minds, but not the least change. It is as Baba said Baba, 'stay alone, it is passion', so I had to stay alone and as passion tried to get us into it with all means, we couldn't participate, but it is still passion, so nothing has changed, only we got aware of passion and why passion.
Someone else will take over as center leader and it will start all over again, he will focus on what is not of his business and what he should do he will probably ignore.
What is duty and what is job?
And how do we feel Baba's presence in it, only by being truthful.
If I don't have room and I have other priorities, who cares if they think it is right or wrong, it is as it is.
And if I don't have any room for anything anymore, because there are only 24 hrs a day and I am tired, I don't pretend to have room if I don't and I have to know the priorities and nobody else has to know it for me.
It feels like nobody gets close to it, but it is in the air what we had been looking for so long.
It is in the air and we get there by being truthful and thinking it over.
The imperfection of the mind is our reality and not Atma if we have not made the experience of it and it is not beautiful, but the opposite and we always look for beauty and cannot find it. We find only the mind.
Years ago we arrived here and it was painful to not find it anywhere and it had to do with that experienced in Baba's presence.
It was like lost and gone and nowhere to be found, sometimes it was there when singing, but not always.
So we get tired. We have to face truth that it is as it is. We should not expect something.
So we don't expect it, but by thinking it over and that is what we should do, we should listen and think it over to be able to absorb, we find it in the air.
And even if yesterday there was still cleaning to do, but after all if it ends up in Baba's presence, something is right. We should know why he was in that and not in something else.
And if I used 5 pain killers to be able to go on and I am tired and feel sick today probably because I used too much of it, it is anyhow like it was in Prasanthi, the hip pain was too strong. I couldn't attend, but being happy listening from far, not being able to join the  gatherings, there was still pappiness, because it was just right and it didn't matter really, what mattered was to find a way to be happy anyhow.
My daughter is working all day, tired in the evening and it is for us both a strain as we are both working.
But in the end we just enjoy the imperfection of it to not be able to attend meetings. The one on Saturday I don't like anyhow, it is nothing but arguing and discussions.
I have my job and there is no way we look for a new one, Baba gave it inside to me. It changed in time, but it is still going on.
Nothing changed, nothing - but nothing, no transformation.
It is still as it had been years ago and we cannot feel the progres.
It is not put into practice, not during the time he was here and that has not changed, they don't know how.
But what does it matter, they are dreaming and thinking that they are good devotees, the dream is an illusion and a comfortable life in leaving it to him, feeling a bit love to feel better and nothing to do about it and as they think that he is the doer, what is right, he is the doer only not on that level, but they can go on like that forever.
So I am not present, not in the meetings, not this week. We go on dreaming as being devotees, but still we have no idea who we really are and that has not changed. Why should anyone care?
I did my duty, I send the text.

That thought for the day fits well.
Always when Baba addressed us as, 'embodiments of divine love', all felt good and we liked to identify ourselves with it, but when he tells us that the inner impulse are sub-human and demonic, we think – the other, only not me.

What is the goal; it is about self-realization and we need to get there, we have to get the experience of pure love.
We have to understand peace and we have to accept right action and if we accept the path of right action, we have to accept truth and only if those three things are present, we can make the experience of pure love. We need truth, right action and peace.
Without the experience of it, everything we imagine is just an idea of it and not real.
We have met Baba and because we don't get it, we compensate with thinking that he makes us special. And what he is telling us here, the inner impulse in the mind is sub-human and demonic.
We have no idea what he is talking about and how can we think we know God. We don't know what makes him God and that is not enough to feel great and to build up a huge ego, that is just the idea of it and not real. That is sub-human and demonic.
We are not aware of it, not even when we go a wrong turn, we think we are human, but not demonic and divine we think that is only he.
But in reality we are all divine.
Singing once a week to feel good, at least we do something about it and it takes care of it that our dreaming of being devotees can go on until the next avatar will be born again and it will be exactly the same message and what did we learn?
One day nobody in the West will be left who has made that experience and so we get lesser people and no newcomers who are able to share our experience and only the devotees from Indian will go on because they know that it is their culture and if we look for it in our culture it is anyhow all wrong understood.
Truth is only in the reality of Sat-Chit-Ananda, in that is cultural perfection and no other culture no matter what.
